MANAGEMENT:

Avril Betts originally from England now residing in British Columbia, Canada, opened A-Z Tours International in 1998 and went online in March of 1999. Since then we have developed strong customized programs to Egypt and have added Jordan, Canada and Europe to our specialty tour destinations while at the same time, selling tours Worldwide for all destinations.

Avril has been in the Travel Industry for many years, having worked 7 years as Vice President for another Tour Operator before opening A-Z Tours in 1998.


Avril previously owned a Country Inn and Restaurant in Nova Scotia, and holds an internationally recognized CHA (Certified Hotel Administrator) accreditation. She worked on the G7 conference in 1996, hosting the President's wives luncheon, co-chaired an Atlantic Canada Showcase an International Travel Trade Show, managed 450 volunteers for the Tall Ships Visit in July 2000, and was previously awarded Tourism Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Tourism Industry Association of Nova Scotia.
